BrainWaveAi ("we", "us", or "our") built the Deconstruct app as an Ad-Supported application. This SERVICE is provided by BrainWaveAi at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS".
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collection and Use For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information.
Local Game Data: Your game progression, level map status, and internal settings are saved locally on your device using Android DataStore. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
Device and Usage Data: We collect non-personally identifiable information automatically, such as your device type, operating system version, IP address, and in-game behavior (e.g., levels completed, session length) through third-party analytics tools.
Advertising Identifiers: We collect Android Advertising IDs to serve personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
Location Data: This application does NOT request, collect, or access your precise or approximate GPS location.
2. Device Permissions Deconstruct requests the following permissions to function correctly:
VIBRATE: Used exclusively to provide haptic feedback and physical response during puzzle gameplay to enhance user immersion.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Used (on Android 13 and above) to send you game reminders, updates, or alerts. You can disable this at any time in your device settings.
INTERNET: Required to load advertisements, fetch remote configurations, and transmit anonymous analytics data.
3. Third-Party Services The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. We use these services for maintenance, analytics, and monetization. Link to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the app:

4. Advertising and Consent Management We use Google AdMob to display Banners, Interstitials, and Rewarded Videos. To comply with global privacy regulations (such as the GDPR in Europe), we have implemented the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK.
Upon launching the app, eligible users will be presented with a consent form allowing them to choose their ad tracking preferences.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the app's internal settings.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Local Data: Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the application.
Analytics and Ad Data: Data collected by Firebase and AdMob is retained according to Google's retention policies. If you wish to request the deletion of any aggregated data associated with your Advertising ID, please contact us or reset your Advertising ID in your Android device settings.
6. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions. (Note: Our Terms and Conditions require users to be at least 18 years old to use this app).
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
