BrainWaveAi ("we," "us," or "our") built the Division Calculator app as an Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by BrainWaveAi at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS."

1. Information Collection and Use The Division Calculator app is designed to function primarily offline. Local Storage: The app features a "Locally saved calculation history." All calculation data, inputs, and history are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or process this data on any external servers.

Third-Party Services and Advertising While the core calculation features work fully offline, the app uses third-party services to display banner advertisements when an internet connection is available. These third-party ad networks may collect and use certain anonymous identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), IP addresses, and usage data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads and to analyze ad performance. We strongly recommend reviewing the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the app, such as Google AdMob or similar advertising networks, to understand their data practices.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Because your calculation history is stored locally on your device, you have full control over this data. You can delete your calculation history at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Division Calculator app. We do not retain any of your personal data on our servers.

4. Children’s Privacy Division Calculator is an educational tool suitable for elementary and middle school students, parents, and general users. However, because the app serves third-party banner advertisements, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Division Calculator mobile application (the "Service") operated by BrainWaveAi ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service Division Calculator is a mobile application that provides step-by-step long division calculations, automatic result verification, and locally saved calculation history. The app features a high-contrast dark theme and operates fully offline for its core mathematical functions. The app is supported by banner advertisements which require an internet connection to display.

3. Minimum Age and Consent By default, you must be at least 18 years old to accept these Terms and Conditions. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf before using the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. Furthermore, you agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Service.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers/networks connected to the Service.

Attempt to block, disable, or fraudulently interact with the banner advertisements displayed within the app.

Use the app for any malicious tracking, spamming, or unauthorized data extraction.

5. Intellectual Property The Service and its original content, features, visual layout, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BrainWaveAi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BrainWaveAi.

6. No Warranties ("AS IS") The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BrainWaveAi makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or mathematical results provided. While we strive for accuracy in our step-by-step calculations and automatic verifications, we do not warrant that the results will be 100% error-free. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BrainWaveAi, its developers, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the calculations provided by the app.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Viedma, Río Negro, Argentina.
