We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and disclose your information when you use the LoveRadar mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect To provide our core functionality—calculating the distance between you and your partner—we must collect certain information:

Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS and network-based) from your device. Depending on your device settings and permissions, this data may be collected in the background to ensure the distance radar and statistics remain accurate even when the App is closed or not in use.

Device and Usage Information: We collect basic device information (such as OS version and device model) and usage data (such as the frequency of "Nudges" sent, milestones unlocked, and interaction with the App).

Account and Pairing Data: We collect the necessary identifiers to securely pair your device with your partner's device.

3. How We Use Your Information We use the collected data exclusively for the following purposes:

Distance Calculation: Your location data is used strictly to calculate the real-time distance between your device and your partner's paired device.

App Functionality: To enable the sending of "Nudges," track relationship statistics (minimum/maximum distance), and unlock milestones.

App Improvement: To analyze crashes, troubleshoot bugs, and improve the overall user experience.

4. Location Data Privacy & Strict Limitations Because LoveRadar relies on location data, we enforce strict privacy boundaries:

No Maps or Addresses: We never display your exact location on a map, nor do we share your street address, city, or exact coordinates with your partner or any third party. The App only displays the numerical distance between the two paired devices.

Exclusive Use: Location data is used exclusively for the functionality described in this policy.

User Control: You can disable location permissions at any time through your device's operating system settings. Please note that doing so will pause the distance calculation functionality.

5. Data Storage and Processing Your data is processed securely. Location coordinates are processed ephemerally to calculate the distance and are not stored as a permanent, trackable historical log on our servers. Any stored data (such as milestone achievements or distance statistics) is encrypted and kept securely.

6. Sharing with Third Parties We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share anonymized or aggregated data with trusted third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting) solely to operate, maintain, and improve the App. These third parties are bound by strict data processing agreements and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

7. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your data only for as long as you use the App and maintain an active pairing with your partner.

User Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.

Account Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the in-app deletion feature (if available). Upon unpairing or account deletion, your location data and connection history will be permanently erased from our active servers.

8. Children's Privacy LoveRadar is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the LoveRadar mobile application (the "App"), developed by BrainWaveAi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App and should delete it from your device immediately.

2. Description of Service LoveRadar is a lifestyle application designed for couples to calculate the physical distance between their devices, send digital "Nudges," and track relationship milestones. The App does not provide exact map locations or addresses.

3. Minimum Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using LoveRadar, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Explicit Consent and Pairing LoveRadar requires the explicit, mutual consent of both users to function.

You may only pair your device with another individual who has explicitly agreed to share their distance data with you.

Secret, non-consensual, or covert tracking is strictly prohibited. The App provides ongoing notifications that distance calculation is active.

5. Prohibited Conduct When using the App, you agree NOT to:

Use the App to stalk, harass, intimidate, or monitor anyone without their explicit, ongoing consent.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.

Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or its servers.

6. No Warranties ("AS IS") The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BrainWaveAi makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App. Distance calculations rely on device hardware, GPS signals, and network connectivity, and we do not guarantee that the distance displayed will be 100% accurate at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BrainWaveAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

Any conduct or content of any third party or paired user within the App.

Any inaccuracies in the distance calculation or location processing.

8. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to its design, graphics (such as the cosmic radar aesthetic), code, text, and trademarks, are owned by BrainWaveAi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this agreement at any time by unpairing your device and deleting the App.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the city of Viedma, Province of Río Negro, Argentina.
