BrainWaveAi ("we," "us," or "our") built the NumWordle app as a Free/Ad-Supported/Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by BrainWaveAi at no cost and is intended for use "AS IS."

2. Location Data NumWordle does not request, collect, access, or share your precise or approximate location data (GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell tower triangulation). The app's core functionality as a logic puzzle does not require location services.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Because the core data of NumWordle is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it.

Retention: We retain any automatically collected analytics data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.

Deletion: You can delete all your game data at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the NumWordle application. If you wish to request the deletion of any analytics data associated with your device identifier, please contact us at the email provided below.

User Rights Depending on your region (such as the GDPR in Europe or CCPA in California), you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to certain processing. 7. Children’s Privacy These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the NumWordle mobile application (the "Service") operated by BrainWaveAi ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using NumWordle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your explicit consent to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service NumWordle is a mobile application that provides a daily brain teaser and numerical guessing game. The app allows users to guess a secret 4-digit number using logic and color-coded clues. The Service is provided for entertainment and brain-training purposes.

3. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using NumWordle and agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Actions You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.

Modifying, translating, or creating derivative works based on the Service.

Using the Service in any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the app.

BrainWaveAi does not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall BrainWaveAi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account or usage, you may simply discontinue using the Service and delete the application from your device.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Argentina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Viedma, Río Negro, Argentina.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
